1. Introduce

Welcome to Mely Mart, an online store specializing in the delivery of fresh groceries, fruits, vegetables, etc. operated by Soonsol Co. Ltd. ("Mely Mart", "we", "us" or "our"). By using our website (https://www.melymart.com), services or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms").

2. Services Provided

Mely Mart provides a platform for users to purchase fresh groceries, fruits, vegetables and other related products and have them delivered to a specified location. Our services are subject to availability and may change from time to time.

3. User Account

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete.

4. Orders and Delivery

Orders can be placed through our website. Delivery times are estimates and are subject to change due to external factors. We will use reasonable efforts to ship your order within the specified time frame, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

5. Payment

All prices are quoted in Korean Won (KRW) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept various payment methods as set out on the Website.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be canceled within the period specified on the Website. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns may not be accepted except in the case of damaged or incorrect items. Refunds or exchanges for such items will be processed in accordance with our Exchange and Returns Policy.

7. Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges and returns are available when
- Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods, however, exchanges/returns are not possible if the package has been opened or damaged and the value of the goods has been lost.
- If the contents of the goods and services supplied are different from the advertised contents or are performed differently, within 3 months from the date of supply, and within 30 days from the date of discovery.

When exchanges and returns are not possible
- If the return period has passed, the return will not be processed.
- Fresh/frozen/frozen products among Melomart products may not be canceled/returned due to simple change of mind due to the nature of products that cannot be resold.
- If the value of the product has decreased significantly over time to the extent that it is difficult to resell.
- Due to the difference in the resolution of the monitor, the color or image may actually be different, which may limit the exchange/return.

If you change your mind and want to exchange or return the item, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of Mely Mart or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mely mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, our services, even if Mely Mart has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Mely Mart, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, from and against any and all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account (including your negligence or wrongful conduct), including your breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Mely Mart Website or Services after such changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Mely Mart Website or Services shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
