Soonsol 100% Buckwheat Noodle Cooking Instructions
Put the noodles and cold water together in a pot.
Boil for an additional 5 minutes after the water starts to boil.
Rinse the noodles in cold water 2-3 times to remove excess water.
Add vegetables, garnishes, and other ingredients as desired.
TIP: If you soak the noodles in cold water for about an hour and then boil for 30-40 seconds, they will cook faster.
