🚨Orders/Exchanges/Refunds/Cancellations/Address Changes
1) Please note that after 3:00 am, we are preparing to ship and cannot process cancellations or changes.
2) When ordering, please present the password of the front door on the 1st floor or the warehouse password in case of a business.
3) In case of shipping accident, delayed delivery, or damaged goods, 100% refund will be given.
4) In case of simple remorse, mistake in filling in the information of a hungover person, or consumption of part of the product, no refund will be processed.
5) Fresh food cannot be CS processed after receipt, so please check on-site or quickly upon receipt.
For other exchanges/refunds, we will request photo proof from the customer center. (1 photo of the entire box or package + 1 photo of the problematic item)
